School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

Job Type: Pay starting from $69/hr up to $79/hr (w2 and 1099 opportunities)

Academic Staffing Inc., an ESS Company, is seeking CCC Speech Language Pathologists to fill School Based Full-Time openings located in Adams 14 School County. Join a team that supports professional freedom and is therapist-run.

• 35 guaranteed hours a week
• Weekly direct deposit pay
• $1,500 referral fees

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals in our school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required
