Permanent Clerical Personnel


Responsibilities:

  • Manage students who are sent to the office for disciplinary reasons;
  • Communicates with the transportation department and assigns bus passes and other daily change of transportation notes;
  • Monitors student sign in and sign out throughout the day and updates attendance records as needed;
  • Documents and issues attendance related correspondence and maintains attendance related discipline files;
  • Notifies the Assistant Principal of phone calls and meeting requests;
  • Communicates concerns of students and staff to administration;
  • Maintains accurate student records in Sapphire;
  • Assists in meeting staff requests and needs and generally provides organizational and logistical support for administration in their duties.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma 
  • Pennsylvania State Police Clearance 
  • Child Abuse Clearance 
  • FBI Fingerprinting 
  • School Health Form: Physical and Tuberculosis Test 
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification
